Chief of Product & Technology
Eric is a technology executive with 30+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise platforms, with deep expertise in AI, distributed systems, and SaaS architecture. He previously served as CTO of DSOM and held senior leadership roles at BMC Software and IBM, where he led platform innovation and built multiple SaaS products from the ground up. He holds 40 patents in AI, automation, and platform technologies.
Chief Strategy & Operations Officer
Mark is a senior operations executive with deep experience across customer success, support, and product operations in complex enterprise software environments. He has held global leadership roles at DigiCert, Tradeshift, Anaplan, BMC Software, and Oracle, leading transformation, turnaround, and scale initiatives across customer-facing and operational functions.
Chief Revenue Officer
Happy is a veteran go-to-market and customer success leader with experience building and scaling global customer-facing organizations. He has led Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support teams at LinkedIn, Salesforce, EMC, and BEA Systems, supporting hundreds of millions in recurring revenue.

Brian is a senior finance and accounting executive with experience helping enterprise software companies scale through growth and transformation. He has held leadership roles at Blue Yonder, CA Technologies, and multiple private equity-backed software businesses, guiding organizations through operational scaling and successful exits.
